Prices:

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars $AUD.
Prices for original artwork are calculated based on the time taken and materials used to create the final piece.

Shipping:

• Free Shipping is available Australia-wide on all artworks valued at $500 or over unless otherwise stated or arranged. Shipping is via secured/tracked post by Australia Post.  

• $50 Flat Rate Shipping applies for original artworks under $500.

• Free Local Pickup is available from East Brisbane for all artwork or gift purchases.

• Free Local Delivery is available within 40kms of Brisbane City for all artwork or gift purchases.

• Shipping for Art Gifts will be calculated at the checkout based on quantity, weight and delivery location.

If you are purchasing outside of Australia, please contact us directly for shipping and handling costs.  

Please note that shipping times will vary depending on the product type.  Generally, Art Prints are shipped within 10 business days of purchase.  For Original Artworks, shipping times per product vary due to the slow drying nature of the oil paints and mediums used. If a painting is not able to be shipped immediately but needs more drying time, details will be provided on the product listing on this site and shipping time frames confirmed with the buyer after the purchase has been made.

I want you to be delighted with your artwork and therefore are happy to offer a full refund on original artworks if you change your mind, the artwork does not fit your space or it is not what you expected. Sorry I do not offer exchanges due to the uniqueness of my products.

Original Artworks:
If you are not happy with your artwork, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Once the artwork is returned and inspected by us to ensure it has been returned in the same condition it was received, we will notify you by email of the refund status.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
 

To request a return, please email all details and request to studio(at)mavisandme.com.au, we will then provide you with instructions on how to action the return and any shipping return shipping costs that may be incurred (we will keep this to a minimum).  If your request is after 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is deemed faulty.

Commissioned Artworks:
If you have requested a custom or commissioned item, unfortunately we can not offer refunds unless the goods are deemed faulty.
